Desan Lux Brand — Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Desan Lux Brand offers select merchandise through preorders and other purchase options.

Preorder Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of a preorder before the order has shipped by emailing info@dsluxbrand.com with their order number.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order's fulfillment and production status. If cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Estimated Delivery

Preorder merchandise generally has an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–4 weeks, as stated on the applicable product page or at checkout. Estimated delivery dates may vary.

If an order is delayed, Desan Lux Brand will notify the customer and provide applicable cancellation or refund options.

Returns After Delivery

Once merchandise has been delivered, eligible returns are governed by our published 14-day Return & Refund Policy.
