Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability and location.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package until it reaches your door.

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Desan Lux is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
